To defeat Koreans, one must devise a strategy that takes into account their strengths and weaknesses.
It is important to analyze their tactics and come up with a plan that will give you the best chance of success.
Additionally, it is important to be prepared for any situation and have the necessary resources to carry out your plan.
Finally, it is essential to remain focused and determined in order to achieve victory.
I guess it depends on what civ they’re playing.
Git gud
make eagle.
or skirm.
Win fights
– Knights plus Monks
– Eagles plus Monks
Pick Goths.
I had a goths guy just be really good with bombard cannons.
I totally think I would have eventually won as I started destroying his trees this was arena.
But he would make a mass of halbs send them forward then take pot shots with the cannons I think we were playing for nearly 2hrs and it went no where fast just a huge stall because I couldn’t get past the walls
Hit their economy before they manage to get their UU production set up.
Civ with good Scouts -> Knights play would work well for that
The real question is how do you do not defeat Koreans.
Koreans are known as one of the worst civs in the game.
Lack of eco bonuses and military options hold them back.
They do have a very good UU.
But it’s very expensive and requires a castle so you should be able to punish them in feudal and castle age.
you can’t they are an invincible op top tier civ /s
Their cavalry line sucks so they’re vulnerable to skirms.
Also their eco bonus revolves around stone so you could punish that.
Mongols usually work pretty well, or Aztecs or Mayans
In 1v1 Arabia Koreans are not that great.
They don’t have good Cavalier and they are slow to get going.
Their main power units are Xbows and War Wagons.
War Wagons can be a real struggle to deal with.
The simplest answer to Koreans is Scouts into Knights then add in Elite Skirm.
As the game goes on you’ll want a lot of Elite Skirm.
Since they require so many upgrades, (6 blacksmith upgrades, Elite Skirm, Ballistics, and Chemistry) its not the worst idea to get started on them before you need them.
Skip Thumb Ring.
All it does is improve accuracy from 90% to 100% which is kind of nerf.
Plus Thumb Ring is very expensive.
Siege Ram is also a good unit against Koreans.
Tactically all their units require to be massed and in one spot to be effective so you have to spread them out and attack from multiple places with small groups of Knights.
This works well against most Archer civs until you have the numbers to collapse on their main force.
