Greetings, experienced one!
I’m wondering if the classic multiplayer games of Age of Empires 1 & 2, such as Archer Advance and custom scenarios based on Lord of the Rings, still exist.
Also, do people still play NS and CHO War on AOE1?

Sadly custom scenarios are nowhere near as popular as they used to be, but you can normally find several being hosted at any given time, even if it isn’t the one you fancied.
CBA (regular, known as Requiem, or the 6x tech mod version) is the most common, and you often see RPGs, TDs, Fast Villager Defence, Roll the Dice, 10x shared civ bonuses (technically a mod not CS), etc.
There are some new LOTR scenarios too.
