I am having difficulties with this game, as it keeps crashing for me, both when I am on the main menu page and when I am in the middle of a skirmish. I am not sure what is causing this issue.
Please report crash instances in the [PUP subforum](https://steamcommunity.com/app/813780/discussions/19/3771239049941662463/). (must be logged in on Steam to see the link)
Why are you complaining about the PUP crashing? That’s exactly what the PUP is for. You test the Update **Preview**, if it crashes or is otherwise bugged you report it, and the developers don’t release an Update that crashes.
There was a patch that fixed that problem, but [it was rolled back](https://www.ageofempires.com/news/age-of-empires-ii-update-77209/) because of performance issues it introduced. A new patch is coming next week.
