I have completed all the missions in “Art of War” with a gold ranking, and I’m consistently beating the Extreme AI.

I have mastered both early rushes and late game booms on Arena, which is a particularly difficult challenge.

What other strategies should I learn before attempting to climb the ladder?

Once you’re comfortable with your hot keys and can get 1 build order down, you’re probably good to go.

Just play ranked.

Im at 600 ELO.

I suck, I can’t beat extreme AI and still play ranked.

The beauty of ranked is that the game matches you against players who suck equally as you do.

The only thing to bear in mind is that first matches won’t be fair as your rank needs to be evaluated.

Play a few “quick mate games” then enter ranked and be prepared to loose 10+ games in a row

Ranked is the best way out of any game mode to find fun and competitive matches.
