As Bengalis in Arabia, When Should We Construct the Fourth or Fifth Trade Center to Maximize Profit?

The last few times I’ve played as Bengalis, I would build 4th and 5th Town Centers late in the Castle Age or on the way to Imperial Age, just to get 10 extra Villagers.
But after giving it some thought, it doesn’t seem like a great idea.
According to the State of the Ladder, Town Centers don’t pay for themselves until 10 minutes after they’re built.
With Imperial Age research taking three minutes, even with the free Villagers, Bengalis would be at a resource disadvantage if they built Town Centers after researching Imperial Age.
I also don’t feel comfortable building a 4th Town Center too early unless I have complete control in the Feudal Age.
As Bengalis, I also want to get Monks and Siege out as quickly as possible to get an impenetrable defense.
If you’ve made it to 4 TCs with Bengalis on Arabia, thats already a masterpiece.
i consider the 3rd tc a situational building and a 4th a luxury one, do people really go for a 5th one?
As bengalis on Arabia, you are in a bad spot generally.
But if you are going up to imp as Bengali, it depends the situation.
If you are trying to rush arb out, you don’t need a huge eco and the extra villagers won’t pay off the cost of a TC for a while.
I’d skip to hopefully afford all the arb upgrades and seige you need to end the game quickly.
If you are going EA or BE, you probably want/need a 4 or 5 TC eco anyway so I’d try to get them in before imp for the bonus.
1 tc full feudal is the meta for Bengali as they lack any go to unit(barring monks) in castle/early imp age.
Going 5 tc in open map is suicidal, unless your opposition just plays sim City.
