“Alteration Detected” Alert

I have been playing this game on and off for a few years and only recently, three times in the past two days, have I seen this message. I didn’t think much of it the first two times, but after it happened again, I took steps to try and fix it, like disabling the overlay and verifying the integrity of the game files. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue as well, so I can be sure it’s not just me having this problem.
I saw slam get that on his stream once.
No idea why though.
Next time it occurs:
– Run `msinfo32` (“System Information” from start menu)
– Save via *File* -> *Save*
– Provide the resulting NFO file.
