Hey Agers,
What an incredible TTL!
We can’t wait for the next one.
If you don’t have time to watch every game, here’s a quick recap for you.
In the Playoffs (Best of 5), Liereyy defeated Ganji 3-1, Villese defeated Valas 3-1, TaToH defeated DauT 3-1, and JorDan defeated BacT 3-1.
In the Quarterfinals (Best of 5), TaToH defeated Yo 3-2, Viper defeated JorDan 3-2, Lieryy defeated ACCM 3-2, and Hera defeated Villese 3-1.
In the Semifinals (Best of 7), Hera defeated Lieryy 4-3, and Viper defeated TaToH 4-1.
Highlights from the Semifinals included Lieryy losing his king on Fortress (game 3) because he forgot he was in a tower Hera was trebbing down, and TaToH trying to forward castle in Game 4, but Viper responded quickly, building a counter Spanish castle and sacrificing his Conqs to the Arambi in order to kill all of TaToH’s villagers.

Highlight for me was Viper dropping a castle right next to Jordan’s castle in game 1 as he tries to treb it down, securing the gold and arguably opened the door to a win from a (seemingly) losing position!

There’s so many games I never have time to watch them all, and this will help me find the best ones to catch up with
I expected this would be the time when ACCM breaks into the next tier, but compared to the big names, he’s still missing something.
Hope he keeps improving.
Viper Spanish village owning tatoh’s siege
Hera’s regicide snipe was so perfect, I think he eventually loses that game if he didn’t get the king.
With T90 and Dave commentary mostly revolving around Dave’s criticism of the kipchak which Hera was using to absolute perfection
jordan was absolutely on form and looked like maybe the second-best player in the tournament.
