Sudden Dessaster 3 brings back one of the community’s most chaotic and beloved formats, with content creators JonSlow and T-West teaming up once again to run the show. Backed by World’s Edge and carrying a hefty $20,000 prize pool, this online event kicks off on October 5, 2026 and runs all the way through to the final on November 8. As the name promises, the whole thing is played under the Sudden Death game mode, where there is no margin for error and a single misstep can end your run on the spot.
It is a massive open field too: 128 players will battle through a straight knockout bracket, so every round genuinely matters from the very first click.
PRIZE POOL
The advertised prize pool sits at $20,000, shared all the way down to 32nd place. The winner takes home $3,500 and the runner-up $2,500, with the remainder of the pool distributed among the other finishers. The full per-placement breakdown had not been finalised on the official listing at the time of writing.
