Replacement Qualifier for NAC4

Is it just a precautionary measure, or is it possible for one of the qualified or invited players to miss NAC4? I searched Liquipedia and AOEZone but couldn’t find any information on this.
The replacement qualifier determines the order of potential backup players in case of travel issues. The players who got eliminated in the last round of both qualifiers are invited.

It’s a precaution
Nili was saying Yo got his Visa today, so it’s very likely it won’t be needed (everyone else had already booked flights/travel)
Just in case it’s needed.
