Do cheat codes disable achievements?

Yes! In Age of Empires 2 (all versions) achievements are disabled once using any of the cheat codes except (!mute, !unmute)

What is the hotkey for chat command line in Age of Empires 2?

You can use either ENTER or ALT + T both work similarly. Although the latter, allows you to communicate with the AI with several commands, but more of them are found in Definitive Edition only.

Do the codes work on Xbox?

Yes! All of them work fine.
