You Cannot Play As This Civilization Because You Do Not Have the Necessary DLC

Hello, I am new to this site and I am having difficulty connecting to multiplayer games on my Xbox One.
Every time I try to host or join a game, I get the same message saying that I don’t have the necessary DLC.
It seems that you purchased the original game but there are 7 civs locked behind DLC, that you must purchase if you want to play them.
You still have 35 to choose from
Upcoming and commenting so hopefully the devs see this post.

If game pass is coming from another account you must have the account that has it the home Xbox
if you did not buy deluxe bundle you cannot play DLC civs until you buy specific DLCs.
Those civs should be clearly marked.
