Why Hasn’t Black Forest Been Explored in Unranked Team Games?

When we randomly select it, the map has not been explored previously.
This is really disappointing.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Whoever creates the lobby must select the option for reveal map: explored
I manually change this when I make a black forest lobby, and change it back to unexplored for arabia.
One could also ask why Black Forest IS explored when playing ranked TG.
The host would have to change the rules to have it explored
The bigger question is, why do people play Black Forest on explored?
