Which expansion would be the most suitable to buy? Additionally, I have been experiencing difficulties with my Eco; I perform well at the beginning, but my performance declines in the middle and late stages.

Are you creating enough villagers? Usually by end of the game you should have a strong economy. I usually have about 50% pop in villagers

    Age of Conquerors, best expansion!

Ok, half-joking aside the good news is that with DE you have all expansions. The three DLCs on the offer aren’t mandatory and you should buy them only if you are interested in the offered civs and campaigns they offer. My personal pick as favorite would be Dukes of Dawn for the best campaigns and because I like Poles and Bohemians. Game and DLCs often go on sale anyway so just wait for the price drop and get DLCs then.

As for eco, I have no idea without seeing your game. Don’t stop making villagers and try to preserve units better to avoid spending more than you should?

I put out a ton of farms, loggers, miners but it’s never efficient like my enemies. Also, are trade markets that valuable that when you’re playing 3 or 4 down with and endless stream of carts?

Are you playing on xbox? If you are on pc are you playing hd or de? What do you mean in “best one to use”, best dlc civ, best campaigns? I suspect the problem with your eco is that you are floating too much resources and collecting ones you don’t actually need. I don’t understand your question about trade, it is usually something you start in 40min+ games, never do it before imperial, it is a waste of resources at this stage

100-130 vills is nice. Makes sure you make multiple TCs in age 3.
