Id say cataphract mangudai is my favourite.
Genoese + Huskarl?
Mangudai + Leitis?
Huskarl + Plumes?
Boyar-Longbow.
Mamelukes and Rattan Archers
I mean, if we’re ignoring any resource requirements, it has to be something like War Elephant and Mangudai, or maybe Camel Archers.
Cobra car combined with the Inca starting llama; that way you start with a cobra car which you can optionally kill for 100 food!
Boyars and Jaguar Warriors
Personally mameluke+plume/rattan, counters cav, archers, and infantry
