What Is the Best Way to Resolve an Error When Hosting a Game?

I’m attempting to play Age of Empires 2 with my girlfriend, however, whenever I attempt to host a game I get an error.
I just downloaded the game on PC while she is playing on Xbox.
I can join her if she hosts, but I can’t seem to figure out how to solve this issue when I try to host.
I think there is an option somewhere in the settings that says “Enable UGC” or “Enable User Generated Content”, it needs to be enabled in order to play custom scenarios.
