Generally I think 20-25sec idle TC is considered close to perfect.
At 50sec idle TC you’re at a 1vil advantage still with Chinese, and at 75sec idle time you are essentially at the same villager count as a generic civilization with 0sec idle TC.
The lowest I’ve seen was around 18 seconds ish
Most pros have roughly 25 secs or thereabouts in my experience.
The Cicero build order mod gives you A+ for 40 secs or lower, so I would say that’s a good target if you’re not high elo.
Valas recently had 18s
I consider 20-25s really good.
anything under 40s i do kinda consider acceptable for like <1500 level
Nicov did a 21 pop M@a against running today in Ttl with 15 seconds idle tc.
That’s the best I’ve seen in a competitive situation
