What Are the Best Single-Player Scenarios?

Honestly I love the simple brutality of into China from the Ghengis Khan campaign. You start with nothing, and then capture barely more than nothing, then have to conquer china with it. And there’s none of the fancy stuff that you get to distract you in the later scenarios, maybe 2 lots of free troops and that’s it.

Jadwiga 5, I think. Into Asia. You play as the Lithuanians, but it’s an awesome mission.
I like all the new campaigns, Burgundians, Eastern Europe. Haven’t done South Asia yet.
Rajendra 3 is probably my favourite, also love Jadwiga 3 and 5. If we’re including custom scenarios the last one in the Apranik campaign is also great.
Responses make me realize I haven’t played single player since age of conquerors. Jeesh maybe I should warm up in single player.

York and the Magyar scenario (Honfoglalas?) are both excellent. Both are intense and have reasonably varied ways to do them. There’s also a lot of great scenarios in the Bulgarians campaign, mostly because the story is so good.
Rajendra 3 or Bari 4 I think
I’d recommend the new ones, my favorites were the hautevilles, jan zizka and devapala. Especially hautevilles 4 and 2 and devapala 3 (I think, the one with the khans).
As for older campaigns Attila the hun has been pretty fun, in the first scenario ally with the scythians and attack ground their buildings and mass tarkans before attacking them. The Persians are pretty much unbeatable with 5000 knights, elephants and a navy.
i love all the classic (kings, conquerers) and the new ones (DE).
Lords of the West & Dawn of the Dukes campaigns are really good
