Ways to Calculate Villager Count without Resource Minimap.

Typically, I have used the standard minimap and scoreboard located at the bottom right of the screen. However, I have encountered difficulties recently in managing my villagers appropriately. Therefore, I believe it would be beneficial to have the villager count displayed instead of the score. Nevertheless, I do not want to have to view the resource-only minimap simultaneously to do so. I am uncertain of the correct nomenclature for this button.
Is it possible to view both the regular minimap and the villager count simultaneously without constantly switching back and forth between settings?
Furthermore, if I require a mod to achieve this, would it be considered cheating?
What version are you using?
DE has the vil count by default, Voobly has mods to add it don’t think there is a way in the other versions
No, this is not possible, not even with mods.
