Two spiders of different species were present on the wall adjacent to my computer, and at least one ant traversed my desk.

Ants are hymenoptera.
In order to be a true bug it must be a hemipteran such as an assassin bug.
🤓 Ummmm actually spiders are not bugs since they are classified as arachnids and not insects.
You should not post such jokes.
The Dev team takes posts classified as bugs seriously.
You are diluting the attention someone else may need.
