Map of Civilizations in Age of Empires II

This is a map that I have come up with showing the different civilizations I would like to see included in Age of Empires II (AOE2). It was created by me based on research I did on different civilizations, and is inspired by a post I found on the AOE2 subreddit. I attempted to accurately place each civilization on the map, and I am sure that I may have missed some important ones. I made this map for myself, but thought I would share it here.
If anyone notices any civilizations that I have missed that they would like to see in the game, please let me know. Additionally, the icons used for the civilizations were taken from a post on the AOE2 forums, with a few new ones that I had to create myself. This map does not include civilizations from Middle or Late Antiquity.
1) Tai, Tibetans, Polynesians
2) Somalis, Swahili, Kongolese
3) Mississippians, Puebloans, Mapuche
I don’t get why there is Czechoslovakia on the map, part of it called Bohemia is coloured blue and named “Austria”.

I would like AoE2 to stay a fun game with a historic setting and no Encyclopedia of all civs that ever existed in the middle ages. So, please no more civs.
No love for the Mississippians or Old Pueblo?
The Khazars would be fucking great to have as another central asian civ NGL
I genuinely hope the next expansion covers either the Balkans or The Caucuses.
If all these were added I would be over the moon. But there are some here that I would put as “really unlikely” and some “pretty much the next ones in-line” due to how often they get brought up.
Need: Jurchens, Khitans, Tanguts (maybe Tibetans)
Want: Swiss, Vlachs, Armenians, Georgians, Swahili, ChimuThe rest is a bonus.
Europe and Caucus ones would be nice additions.
Haven’t heard of most or any of the others (in an “medieval empire” sense). Are all of those relevant enough?

Honestly I think there are just too many civs at this point. I would prefer that they only have 1-2 civs added in the next expansion.
I would love to see a Swiss civ, they could do some cool things with a pikeman or halberdier UU.
I would personally love a civilization based in Khorasan / Afghanistan, but Ghurids is not the best name for them. They are a dynasty, named after a certain Muhammad of Ghor just as the similarly-sounding Ghaznavids that preceded them were another Afghan dynasty this time named after their early capita of Ghazna. AoE2 has done a good job staying away from dynasties or states but instead represents distinct civilizations; Ghurids are not that.
Instead, Afghans or Khorasanis would be better. There are other civs here that we could use ofc but those are the largest umbrella names to capture the eastern Iranic states that ventured into south and central Asia, and despite cultural overlap were more often at odds with the western Iranians (ie Persians) politically and religiously.
On an unrelated note: While I love the steppe nomads, I think you’ll find it hard to sell Khazars and Götürks as they’ll need to play quite differently from the other hussar / HCA civs. Cumans and Tatars respectively represent both of those entities well enough as it is too that it’s a stretch when there are parts of the world in greater need. IMHO the best steppe civs to focus on are the Jurchens and Tibetans.
Nice list in general, though.
