Instructions for Disengaging Troops on Xbox

Joan of Arc has been placed in a battering ram and is now stuck at the Dauphin’s castle.
We are utilizing an advanced control scheme with a gamepad and are having difficulty figuring out how to get her out.
We would be grateful for any advice or suggestions on how to do this.
Figured it out, if anyone else has the same problem you need to select the building or unit, hold RT then press X
I did the exact same thing.
She won’t come out of the battering ram 😕
EDIT FOR ANYONE ELSE READING THIS.
You have to select the garrisoned unit, hold RT, then press X, then you can see who is garrisoned inside the onscreen wheel.
You can now press A on a highlighted unit to ungarrison them.
You must hold down RT the entire time.
