Definitive Edition does work, if you are not yet aware of this version
Nope.
But I got the HD version running via PlayOnLinux and the installer there.
A bit annoying as this installs a second Steam (a Windows Steam version), but worked for me.
But that’s a few years ago, haven’t touched HD since …
