Game Freezes When Joining a Group Match and Subsequently Banned

Greetings everyone!
I’ve noticed that after the most recent update, the game crashes right before I enter a ranked team game match roughly one out of five times. When I reopen the game, I’m banned from playing ranked for 30 minutes. This is really frustrating and I can’t play with my friends. It’s unbelievable how the developers keep breaking the game after updates. How do they manage to do this?
