Flaming Banner and Snowy Location

I created a program to make the process of modifying snow, flames, and flag positions on buildings easier.
This program won’t replace AGE or turtle-pack, but it will help create neat-looking buildings.
When you open the program, it will give you a brief explanation.
This version uses 2013 flames, but if you would like an older version, I can make one.
