There is no way to obtain the achievement for eliminating two minor factions without capturing them, even if their town centers are destroyed.
Are there any secret methods to make this happen?
Achievement pops up after you finish the whole mission, not after defeating the two factions.
I did not encounter any bugs when I played this DLC’s campaigns.
