End the Banning of Players for Disconnects

Perhaps, it is possible to bypass the server ban if the game recognizes it crashed and allows the user to try again after a certain period of time.
The problem is that the game doesn’t know when it’s crashing.
If it knew it would be able to prevent it.
How about getting banned for resigning after my allies disconnect when we get into the game?
Like do you expect me to continue a 3v4 from dark age or something?
That prompt doesn’t magically know whether it was actually a crash or whether the user pulled the plug or ended the process using task manager.
If it did it probably wouldn’t ask you to describe the problem either
You don’t get a penalty for one drop.
This means you’re making other people waste their time by dropping from multiple games.
Aim to fix the problem in your end.
