Why am I unable to promote the Shrivamsha Rider to ELITE for the Gurjaras? There is no option to do so as there is no button or X to select for upgrading it, nor is there any other building that offers the upgrade. Could someone please explain why this is the case? Thank you.
So if I start a game in POST IMPERIAL with all techs learned… the ELITE unit is there.
But if I start ANY other way, it doesn’t allow the upgrade.
The radial button isn’t there like it’s an upgradable unit. Nothing.Can someone on Xbox confirm it’s for them too? I tried reinstalling and it didn’t work.
Where can I report this? Kinda kills the Civ honestly.

enough gold and meat? i had this too but i was stupid enough to not see it takes 1000/800 or something like that lol
