Controller Versus Keyboard

Keyboard and mouse is superior to controller if you are playing aoe2.
From what I’ve seen, xbox mnk is poorly optimised, but if you want a useable desktop, there’s lots of budget friendly options you can use
I was underwhelmed with the keyboard and mouse on xbox. I couldn’t set my hotkeys like they were on PC and there was always mouse acceleration. This far I’ve only used controller.
Yeah I use a usb mouse and keyboard with my Xbox, has a couple minor bugs when playing Aoe2 like building a house under the build menu or not building anything at all but I’m sure it’ll get patched
The controller controls for age of empire 2 on Xbox are really solid, I highly recommend it
