As individuals are proposing a 10% boost for Goths, it may be appropriate to consider providing Chinese with a 50% increase similar to AOE3.
Looks like you forgot the meme tag.
And constant revolt every 10 mins to represent the dynasty change.

Just one difference from the Goths: The Chinese are actually a decent civ, the Goths are terrible.
If anybody deserves it, it’s the Khmer, they had the biggest city in the world during the time period
