Can’t Build a Castle?

I’m a new player and I’m currently playing the Spanish campaign where it’s brother against brother. I have enough resources and I have advanced to the castle age, but I am unable to build a castle. Even though I have built every building that is available to me and fully upgraded them, the option to build a castle doesn’t show up on my menu. I would appreciate any assistance in this matter!
Update: My problem has been solved! Thank you to everyone who helped. It turns out that on Xbox, there is a second page for builders, unlike on PC.
If it’s a campaign, there is the possibility that Castles have been disabled for the level, although I can’t be sure with that particular level off the top my head. Maybe check the hints?
Are you playing on PC or Xbox? The military buildings are a separate tab in the villager menu. Well at least on the PC version.
You need to click the arrow and go to the military build menu.
You need 650 stone and castle age to build a castle on standard settings. Could be different in a Campaign.
