Can We Reverse the Layout and Place the Map on the Left Side of the Screen?

I am accustomed to having the map on the left while playing other RTS and MOBA games, and every time I return to playing AOE2, I desperately wish I could relocate my map to the left side.
If you’re playing on PC, try looking into some UI mods. I have a mod that changes my resource panel, so I would not be surprised if there’s a couple that completely move things around.

Just look into making UI mods, or find one that does what you want.
