Can I Increase the Reticle Speed if I Unlock the Camera’s Reticle?

As far as I am aware, the only way to speed up the camera pan when the reticle reaches the edge of the area you have set is to use the super slow speed. I personally prefer having a free reticle for micro, but its speed is too slow for my liking.
