I am only able to play 1v1 or 2v2 in both Ranked and Quick Play modes.
The 3v3 and 4v4 options appear to be disabled and I cannot select them.
If I join a game hosted by a friend, I can play, or if I search for custom games, I can also join.
I want to start playing with random players in Quick Play or Ranked, but I have tried all options available to me and I am still unable to do so.
Can someone please help me?
2013 xbox one can’t play 3v3 4v4 ranked as they’re not powerful enough
